A full refund less shipping charges will be issued on any CQ1 headset returned in as-new condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise and verify its condition.
SHIPPING – Your order is generally shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS priority mail for US domestic orders. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@cardmachineworks.com for a shipping quote.
Did you know – The speakers and microphones in the CQ Headset are permanently molded in assembly on the frame adding to long term durability and reliability. This is done in house with special tooling designed by CMW.
