A full refund less shipping charges will be issued on any CQ1 headset returned in as-new condition within 30 days of the invoice date. Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise and verify its condition.
SHIPPING – Your order is generally shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS priority mail for US domestic orders. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@cardmachineworks.com for a shipping quote.
