I bought your headset almost a year ago and I love it. I fly 700+ hours a year in a Pilatus and this is the perfect headset for me. The performance of the earplugs definitely goes down after many hours of use and I always found it a pain to change them but I recently bought your quick change tool and I must say it’s a welcome addition to my flight bag. I won’t anymore procrastinate about changing the plugs because of the pain in the neck it was.
